Loansathi's comparison services are free for users. However, we may charge processing fees for certain premium services. All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you proceed with any paid service.
3% Commission (Only after loan disbursal): Your loan success is our success too. If your loan is approved, we earn a 3% commission. That is why we try our 100% effort to get your loan approved fast, while you stay relaxed at home.
Loansathi acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the terms, conditions, or performance of loans or insurance products offered by third-party lenders or insurers. We do not guarantee loan approval or specific terms.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on this website are owned by Loansathi or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to service requests, paid consultations, processing support, and other assistance-based services offered by LoanSathi through its platform.
Cancellation requests will only be considered if the request is made within 1 day of placing the order or service request. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained once our team has started the consultation, verification, documentation, matching, or application assistance process.
In case you believe that any service was incorrectly delivered, not as described, or there was an issue in the service experience, you must report the same to our customer support team within 1 day of receiving the service or service confirmation. Our team will review the complaint and take an appropriate decision based on the nature of the issue.
LoanSathi provides assistance, consultation, comparison, and documentation support services and does not guarantee loan approval, lender acceptance, or any specific financial outcome. Refund decisions, if any, shall be made only after internal review of the request and the stage of service already completed by our team.
In case any refund is approved by LoanSathi, it may take up to 45 days for the refund to be processed and credited to the original payment source.
